over view- i have been a cleaner for 30 years after taking on numerous jobs and positions, i have found myself ready for new challenges. I would like to start working as an outside contractor coming into restaurants and improving the standard of the food & hygiene and health and saftey in a free lance position. Hopefully building a strong repore with my clients and returning on aregular basis.

nandos restaurant Milton Keynes ( feb '04 to 05) as a cleaning supervisor.
Duties Include- weekly in house food hygienge & health and safety ops checks ordering & development of all cleaners.
oversee food hygienge & health & safety issues within all parts of the restaurants.
Ensure all daily cleaning is completed to a high standard and ready for opening every day.

Achievements- Increased the operational food hygiene visits from a 84 % to 95% one of the higest percentages in the nandos chain.
increased the operational health and safety visit from a 76% to a 93% the highest score in the midlands region.
trained and developed two none english speaking cleaners to make them very strong members of my cleaning team.
Decreased the weekly cleaning materials order from £480 to £250 without cutting standards.
